Shipping Policy

At Cheeky Garden, we’re committed to delivering healthy, high-quality plants directly from our trusted growing partner to your doorstep. Every order is carefully packed to help ensure your plants arrive in excellent condition.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–72 business hours after they are received.  

To help protect live plants during transit, orders generally ship Monday through Thursday. Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume or extreme weather.

Shipping

Plants are shipped directly from our trusted nursery partner, allowing them to arrive as fresh and healthy as possible.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 1–5 business days after shipment.

Weather Delays

Because we ship live plants, we may temporarily delay shipments during periods of extreme heat, freezing temperatures, severe storms, or other weather conditions that could impact plant health.

If your order is delayed due to weather, we’ll notify you by email. Our goal is always to ensure your plants arrive in the best possible condition.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship within the continental United States, with the exception of the following states due to agricultural regulations:

  • Alaska
  • Arizona
  • California
  • Hawaii
  • Idaho
  • Montana
  • Nevada
  • Oregon
  • Utah
  • Washington

Orders shipping to these locations cannot be fulfilled. These restrictions are required by USDA Japanese beetle regulations.  

Additional restrictions may apply for certain plant varieties based on federal or state agricultural regulations.

Upon Arrival

Please unpack your plants as soon as possible after delivery.

Some minor cosmetic stress, such as slight leaf drop or wilting, is normal after shipping. With proper watering and care, most plants recover quickly.

Plant care instructions are available on our website and may be included with your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Cheeky Garden is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if there is a problem with your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged plant(s)
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We’ll work promptly to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit when applicable.
